If you try to view your banners and all the 4K Video Banners are missing and only the animated .GIF banners are showing up then it may be your browser settings.
We’ve gotten a few reports that a “Broken Arrow Place Holder” comes up where a 4K Video Banner should be but no 4K Video banner. Animated GIF banners show up fine but all 4K Video Banners are missing. We have tracked this issue to being a setting in your browser.
The DMB Pro+ app is fed out over your network and is browser based… meaning you access the app on your browser. When you select a 4K Video Banner the browser “pops up” the video preview so you can see and make your selection. This is where the problem lies. Your browser can think it’s a “pop-up” and close the preview. It can also think the video is malicious and close it. Apple and Safari browsers have the most issues, but can also happen to other browsers.
The solution is to disable all anti virus or ad blockers on your browser and/or managed network if you have one. FireFox and Chrome have the least issues. Clear your cache and disable all blockers. Try different browsers and see which one works best for you and just use that browser for DMB control.
