I am new to the DMB world and have a question that hopefully someone can answer
is there a way to have a script or something where you can provide it a movie title, it then takes that title, pulls down the poster, puts that poster in a folder which would be something like “now showing” and set that folder and the specific poster to show on the screen?

You can use the Poster Vault service from your DMB Pro+ dashboard to download movie posters to folders on your device. From there, you can select the folder in Poster View to playback all posters within that folder.
The DMB Pro+ currently does not have a feature for playing specific posters in a folder, although it’s a great idea and something we will look into for our future updates
